Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and Personal Check. Don't have a PayPal Account? No problem! Mastercard, Visa and Discover are also accepted if paid through PayPal. 

PayPal Transactions

When paying with PayPal, you will be linked to the PayPal site to complete your transaction.  BE SURE TO COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION BY RETURNING TO OUR SITE TO CHECK OUT!  YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL YOU RETURN.

Personal Checks 

You may mail your personal check to TCC Marketing, 1115 Canton Road NW, Ste. A1, Carrollton, Ohio 44615.  Your order may be delayed up to 7 days after receipt of your check for bank clearance.

Returns or Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt of the order as long as they are in new and unused condition. All original package contents must be included.  Personalized items may not be returned. Please call or e-mail for a Return Authorization before returning any merchandise.  We do not charge a restocking fee as long as returned items are in new and unused condition.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Please remember that all pieces are handmade and no two pieces are identical.  This assures you that each design is a unique piece of art. 

Repair Policy

If a piece is accidentally damaged or broken,  we will repair it for you for a small fee.  Contact us at info@jewelbilation.com to make arrangements.  You will need to return the piece with all its beads and components.  The customer will be responsible for postage.

Shipping Address Correction

If the shipping address provided for your order is incorrect or undeliverable, a fee may incur. 

Disputed Credit Card Policy

If paying by credit card and consumer disputes claim for no fault of TCC Marketing, we will add a $25 chargeback fee when reprocessing the credit card.
